A FAMILY BUSINESS WORKING WITH STEEL FOR OVER 50 YEARS

Denvic was founded by Dennis Wills back in 1975 and run from the family kitchen in Stourport-on -Severn. As business blossomed the kitchen soon became impractical and Denvic moved to Greenhill Industrial Estate, Kidderminster.

In 1984 Dennis’ son Mark began an apprenticeship straight out of school. Dennis’ daughter Sam joined the company in 1998 and his other son Paul joined in 2005.

Denvic finally out grew Greenhill Industrial estate in 2016 and took a massive gamble to move to the huge BoatYard on the canal. Since moving to the new site – a brand new 2 storey office block has been built – and the factory now has evolved to include 5 welding machines, 4 cranes, 4 saws, new dry storage area for stock as well as Shearer, press break and new Ajan Plasma machine and Spider Crane called Wincy.
 
Though Dennis has now had to step back from the business due to ill health, Sam and Mark guarantee that all their customers still get the same personal service that Dennis prided himself for.  The same reason why in 50 years there was no need to advertise as good relations and customer loyalty was repaid with repeat business.
 
Denvic has been at its current premises, The Boat Yard in Oldington Lane Kidderminster, since 2015.

OUR CREDENTIALS

We are BSEN 1090 Execution Class 2 certified for assurance and quality control standards in our fabrication process. 

Our fully trained staff have many years of fabrication and welding experience. Their qualifications include CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, Slingers and Forklift.

Additionally, all our staff have an NVQ in Manufacturing Performance and Warehouse Performance. 

CHARITY WORK

As a family growing up the, the Wills family had a house full of dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs , and from the beginning have always been animal lovers.
 
Having our own yard we have been fortunate enough to be able to bring our dogs to work and anyone who visits the yard will know that you usually get greeted by a four legged friend.
 
Sam has volunteered in Dog rescue for over 12 years and Denvic is now a sponsor of Pureaz Dog Rescue. A small group of volunteers that rescues and rehomes Rottweilers – where Sam is the treasurer. Fund raising is a constant effort but over the years,  thanks to good customers we have managed to save and rehome hundreds of dogs.
 
We also support Hill side Animal Sanctuary – where hundreds of animals need support as they get rescued from critical situations.
 
As a support to one of our best customers we now also sponsor Worcestershire Hockey Club with their new kit.
 
In 2024 we held a Play on the Pitch charity match for our customers and friends which was in aid of Parkinsons and the Pureaz Dogs which was a huge success.
