FABRICATION

Plasma Cutting

For precision cutting, we use an AJAN CNC Plasma Cutter  a computer-controlled cutting machine which utilizes plasma torch technology.

Pressing

We press break up to 6mm

Shearing

Shearer up to 6mm

INSTALLATION

We have built a highly effective relationship with local structural engineers and suppliers, building a foundation upon which to offer an excellent service.

We now offer installations using “Wincy” The Spider Crane, making fitting safer and quicker.

BESPOKE FABRICATION

If you can draw it we can make it!

Our largest project was a 35 tonne steel frame for a new nursing home. Our smallest project was a mouse grill for Horsefair flats.

Our most famous piece of work is Pete the Pterodactyl that Joanne designed and fabrication for the Malvern Garden Show. Pete now stands proud over the canal supporting two Union Jacks.
